  • Contracts or agreements concluded within a commercial relationship are retained throughout the business relationship and for 5 years after its termination;
  • Contracts concluded electronically are retained for 10 years from the date of delivery or service provision;
  • Bank documents are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 5 years after its termination.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, limit processing, and the right to data portability. You can also define general or specific instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.

You are expressly informed that you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to object to the use of your data for commercial prospecting.
